Foot Control Programs

No matter what style of dance you do – your feet are one of your most important assets.

Dancers require a lot from their feet from pointing, to jumping, to balancing to pointe work. These skills need to be built from a strong foundation to decrease the risk of injuries down the track. Poor foot and ankle control is often the squeaky wheel that leads to injuries up the chain through knees, hips and even spines.

True Potential Physiotherapy will be running weekly classes designed specifically for girls looking at starting pointe work, dancers recovering from injury and those who just want to learn more about how their legs and feet work to make them the best dancer they can be.
